You are purchasing (1) Lapis Lazuli Necklace, in either "Large" or "Mini" size, the "Mini" size Lapis necklaces are appx .50-1''. "Large" size are appx 1-1.5'' in Length. All necklaces are natural "free form" shape so they may vary slightly. Each necklace is smooth to the touch and is premium quality Royal Blue Lapis, the necklace comes with apx 17'' of string, the Necklace is drilled from the side with a 3mm hole, and can be interchanged with any string/chain of your choice.
Lapis Lazuli is a semi-precious gemstone, that comes from Afghanistan, Badakhshan province its mines have been in operation since 6000BC, Lapis Lazuli was a stone of royalty, only the upper class royal family of Egypt would wear this gemstone. Lapis was amongst the first stones to be used in jewelry due to its beauty and ability to take a high polish, ever since Lapis has been used in jewelry, art, handicraft, pigment, etc.
Our Lapis comes straight from the source in Afghanistan, and we can guarantee that there have been no dyes or colors added to our Lapis.
