How long will my order take?

Processing time is generally 1 business day. transit time depends on the shipping service you choose.

Shipping Transit Times?

  • USPS First Class Mail 3-4 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express 1-2 business days

International Shipping?

USPS First Class International 10-14 business days

Transit time will vary upon address, packages may be held or delayed in customs, we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, fees, etc.

Lost Packages?

All orders are processed through our facility once they leave our facility, they are in the hands of the postal service, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost in transit it is the customers responsibility to contact the postal service and carry out necessary  procedures.

I Put the Wrong Address?

 In the event you input incorrect shipping information, please notify us IMMEDIATELY before we ship the order at: empiregemsintl@gmail.com so we can make the necessary corrections, if the package has already shipped we can not change the address,  and we not responsible for the package. Please make sure you DOUBLE CHECK all your information is correct and up to date.

Refunds & Exchange

If you are not satisfied with the product we are happy to return or exchange the item, returns & exchanges are eligible within 30 days of the delivery date. It is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping cost, fees, etc. We do not accept Refunds or exchanges of custom or personalized items.

I Want to Cancel my Order?

If you want to cancel your order please notify us immediately at empiregemsintl@gmail.com Orders that have already been processed and shipped out can not be canceled, but can be refunded please see "Refunds & Exchange" policy.
