Processing Time

The time I need to process orders, typical processing time is 1 business day, please allow 1-3 days for holiday season. Shipping rates will be calculated automatically  upon checkout, Items under 1 pound qualify for free shipping using standard USPS First Class Mail, expedited mailing services are available during check out.

Packing

Most orders will be packed in a 8x6'' bubble mailer, larger items will be packed in appropriate boxes. All orders will be well packed to the best of our ability, we are not responsible if the mail carrier damages the items, but if you have any concerns or problems please email us at empiregemsintl@gmail.com
