Selenite is a soft stone that comes from Madagascar, Mexico, Morocco, etc, It is a form of gypsum, Selenite Crystal has parallel tubes running through the crystal which gives it, a silky, moon glow effect and invokes a peaceful, soothing, opening and clearing energy.
As Selenite is a soft stone is should be treated delicately, and should not be submerged in water, if you wish to clean the stone, you should wipe it with a damp cloth.
